Here is a little info about the turkeys we will have for you this year.

* Temple Farm Turkeys *

Temple farm has been run by the Fredericks family since 1937. Having evolved over the years from a traditional mixed farm to one that has been specialising in the traditional and seasonal production of free range, slow-grown Christmas turkeys for over 50 yrs.

Their quality turkeys are the result of years of experience raisin birds in a traditional and respectful way. Raised with care and using only natural food the slow-growing breeds that they choose and the way they are raised to their full maturity provides a natural fat layer and marbling of the meat which means your turkey will be easy to cook and offer an enhanced flavour.

Turkeys at temple Farm are dry plucked and hung like a game bird for at least 7 days to ensure a natural flavour and texture.

Temple Farm has gained a fine reputation nationally of the years and we are sure come Christmas dinnertime you will be enjoying the finest flavoured turkey you could imagine.
