Our products are only available to purchase to those living in the UK mainland.
If faulty goods are received you must notify us within 3 working days. Where possible replacement parts will be dispatched and where not possible we will ask you to return the goods to us in line with our returns policy. Once we have verified the damage we will supply replacements as required. Where goods returned to us are in good working order we are not able to refund your return postage costs and we reserve the right to deduct our original postage costs and a restocking fee from any refund.
If you have any concerns in respect of your order or need to return an item to us please contact us first. We not accept responsibility for goods returned by a customer which are not received, unless proof of delivery to us or receipt by carrier is supplied. We will refund all sums paid by you, less the cost of return postage for UK residents only. This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights.
The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in prices, or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the product is wrong. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.
